2. Is STABROEK MARKET a clothing brand?
Not exclusively. While apparel is part of what we offer, STABROEK MARKET operates as a lifestyle company, offering a range of products including apparel, accessories, gifts, and everyday items.
3. Where is STABROEK MARKET based?
We are proudly Guyanese-owned and operate online, serving customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Products & Orders
4. Are your products made to order?
Many of our items are produced on demand, meaning they are created specifically for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to maintain quality standards.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. Production begins shortly after checkout.
6. Do your products look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, print placement, or material texture may occur due to screen differences and production processes. These variations are normal.
7. How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
8. Are your designs copyrighted?
Yes. All designs, artwork, logos, and content are the intellectual property of STABROEK MARKET and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Shipping
9. How long does order processing take?
Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may increase during peak periods.
10. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after processing:

11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
12. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
13. What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. STABROEK MARKET is not responsible for carrier delays.
14. What if my package is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it does not qualify as lost or defective. Please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

17. Are print variations considered defects?
No. Minor variations in print placement, colour tone, or fabric texture are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Payments & Pricing
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards. Payment options may vary by location.
19. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI DSS–compliant payment system. STABROEK MARKET does not store full payment details.
20. Do you charge additional fees?
We do not charge additional processing fees. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or imposed by local authorities.
Gift Cards
21. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. We offer digital gift cards, delivered by email and securely managed through Shopify’s gift card system.
22. Do gift cards expire?
No. Gift cards do not expire while STABROEK MARKET remains in operation.
23. Can gift cards be refunded or redeemed for cash?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
